(1) Has anyone driven the 2005 Mustangs in the snow? If so, how do they handle?

(2) With the back window being so flat, does snow really accumulate on it very quickly blocking the visibility out the rear window?

i drove mine in ky around christmas

solid snow and ice,

i have a 5 speed GT, and had no problems at all

the traction control is far more advanced than my 02 v6 convertible was, the 05 not only stops ya from spinning, it keeps you straight also

I have a V6 automatic, much snow here outside of Cleveland-car goes remarkably well in the white stuff!
I have had five previous Fox chassis vehicles all but one had Traction Lok diffs, none of them did as well in snow as this one.
Also note my car does not have traction control!!

As far as the back glass, mine has had no problem staying clear-just make sure you clean it off before getting underway!!

I was blessed to drive my v6 in the snow/ice in K.C. last week and it handled great. When I was stopping in town, couldn't even tell the difference. When accelerating the TCS light comes on and within a second or two the car is lined back up with the steering wheel. Highway was a little scary, but that was because I had a lot of cars around me with no room for experimentation. I was very impressed with the winter handling. I have also driven in a lot of rain since 11/13, the magic day I took possession, and been very happy with the performance there as well. The only problem I am having is keeping my baby clean enough.

Oh yeah, when using the rear window defroster, I had no problems with visibility.

Greetings to all, I adopted my baby, (2005 pony, 4.0, automatic), on the 11th. (traded in a 2004 dodge ram for it), brought it home in freezing rain, and the next morning snow. It handled all fine. The highway is spooky. But if your careful you should be fine. I believe the tcs really helps.
