From what I've seen that seems to be near the very top end stock. I'm assuming mine was around the same.Oh forgot to say I think this is a great idea rev I hope you get a bunch more to add. If I'll post my 325 sheet and we can have a look if it looks more accurate.

Yea, I hope you don't think I'm knocking you or anything. I think the dyno operator was misleading. He doesn't display a correction factor, you have to figure it out by the number. Either way you know the car's quick... can't fool the track!

Well mine was done by Justin at VMP and was SAE corrected. I have to rummage through my mustang library to find the sheet

Oh for sure. I always new there was no way I could make 364rwhp with the mods I have, but I've always wondered how the dyno could be so far out as well haha. I'll find out exactly what he used as a correction factor and see if I can get it straightened out. As far as I know he would just input the altitude, barometer readings etc and the software would auto generate SAE #'s. (obviously not correctly lol). If there was another dyno shop within 130 miles I would have a comparison already but no such luck.

Edit: Sorry for half assed taking this thread over, I've been trying to figure out this goofiness since last year. Well I think I may have some what figured it out. The 364/383 sheet has a CF column that is 1.12 and 1.13. I checked my "at elevation" sheet and the CF column reads 1.0. My guess is that for whatever reason the dyno is already calibrating to sea level or really close to it so my freak 364/383 sheet is a sae calibration on top of an already sae calibrated number lol.

Here's the sheet that actually makes "some" sense. I think these numbers make more sense and fit my 1/4 mile time, weight, and crappy 60'.

No that was with headers, xpipe, and udps. No intake and no tune. I got a hell of a lot of gains from switching to the wms with 95mm maf and dyno tuning it with the brenspeed tune.

Reverand, be careful using this one in your spreadsheet as it's not a dynojet. I used the exact same dyno shop on my SGT and I believe it reads about ~4.5% higher than a dynojet. E.g. I got 290rwhp (+ 311rwtq on my stock SGT) on dynotuned performance (DTP) dynodynamics dyno. A friend got 288 rwhp, 300rwtq on his stock 07 SGT this week. After he had his car dynotuned by DTP he got 302rhwp and 323rwtq.

Also on the day I got my dyno, another SGT owner got 303rwhp and 320rwtq on the same dyno. His mods included a JLT CAI (vice the standard SGT Steeda CAI) and a dynotune.

On dynojets stock SGTs average in the 275-280rwhp range. Hence ther reason I believe this particular dyno reads higher than your typical dynojet. All of these numbers are probably 93 octane (SGTs should run 91 or higher and I've only seen 93 in this area)

STD correction, not SAE... but probably 325/318 is around SAE numbers.

here's one using SAE

Now what the difference? SAE vs. STD? How do convert SAE/STD numbers to flywheel?

SAE is just the Society of Automotive Engineers standard... it reads generally 2%-3% or so lower than Standard depending on environmental variables. Those are great numbers, George. Usually you can get approximate flywheel numbers by taking your wheel numbers and dividing by .85.

For manual I have heard anywhere from 10% to 15% for drivetrain loss. Anyway here is my SAE sheet. Mods are Bamachips 91 tunes, JLT, Steead UDP and 4.10s.

I'm just curious but does the weight of the wheels affect the dyno numbers? For example, lighter wheels will produce more HP. etc. How about the weight of the car?
