Question Yet another tire question, good deal on KDWS?

I was in my dealer the other day and they had a set of 4 take-offs sitting on the floor. They are polished 18" Bullitts with the stock KDWS tires on them. No tire pressure sensors, but I could swap mine in. Here is my question, I scraped the crap out of my passenger side rim one day on a curb. And, my KDWS's that came on the car are nearly worn out. I had planned on going with the Nitto in 255/45-18 soon. However, these rims are the same as mine so I would get to replace my scraped rim and my rears are more worn out than my fronts (forget to rotate them) so I could swap in two new rears and leave the fronts for a while. The dealer wants $600 for the set. However, after reading several reviews, it seems the Nitto 555's are far better than the KDWS. Should I simply run out my KDWS and get Nitto's in the larger size or is the KDWS/polished rims package worth the money? Are the Nitto's that much better in performance than the KDWS?

I'd say just the rims are worth that.
