Hey everyone. My car is in the shop right now, bad wreck, so I figured while in the shop this was a good opportunity to perform some mods. I ordered an xcal 2 from jms chips tuned for my current mods. After I got the tuner back, I decided to get 4:10 gears done as well. Can I adjust for the gears on the xcal 2 myself, or will I have to send it back to JMS to tune for the gear change. I'll post some pics when it's out of the shop. Thanks for any help.

I got my new tunes for my soon to be gear swap today. Ken at MD motorsports who made my tunes, told me it is has something to do with the Spainish Oak processor, having to be calibrated even for gear swaps, and the drive by wire setup. There are a couple of good threads on this that explain why. I know that Doug from Bamachips has explained alot on this subject.

yes the xcal2 has the user adjustability built into it, you should be able to do it yourself
