Is it worth it?
Is it worth it?
is it worth switching to FRPP stingers, i have Coffins right now and i want to get an off road H from pypes, just wanted to see if it is worth adding $517 to the price of getting an H
I'm making the switch to the stingers also. I was lucky to find some slightly used stingers for only 200 dollars. Used stingers are definately the way to go because the price for new ones have gone up to 450-500 dollars. I remember them costing 350 at a ford dealer a while back. I should recieve them by the end of the week and installing them asap.
i want some opinions, i hear alot of people talk about stinggers and pypes offroad H, but is it all that is cracked up to be or is it a bit over rated, i want this to be my final exhuast choice untill i swap to cervini's side exhuast some time in 2012
That's a tough question to answer, regarding the Stingers and offroad H. I personnally love how it sounds, but it does trumpet at around 2500 rpm so some people are adding resonators to the overaxle pipes which is supposed to elmiinate that. I'll find out myself in a couple of weeks.
Either way without the resonators, it is a low, loud setup that COMMANDS attention lol!
