wiring gt 500 fuel pump to inerta switch

seems like ford sends a hot wire to a fuse in the fuse box and some run it through the inerta switch.seems to me it should go through the inerta switch for safety.if so,how do you wire it through the inerta switch?

wiring

The pcm modifies the signal down the circuit using a few inputs then ups or downs the voltage using the inputs, ie; RPM, throttle position, fuel pressure, O2`s, temp to name a few. The inertia switch is located almost at the last point in the circuit, just in front of the fuel pumps followed by the ground. Power for the circuit actually starts from fuse box to fuel pump relay, to the inertia switch, and finally to the fuel pumps. The power is a key on, key off set up, for the whole processor and fuel pumps. Only when the key is in the start and run position will the "system" be energized, not "hot" all the time when key is off and out. This is the best way to run this. In any incident, up, down, right, left, or upside down, (Some of us drive our Mustangs harder than others ) the electric is cut off from operating the pumps no matter what the processor or your right foot is telling it to do. I hope this helps. Jk
