My daily driver, front setup. Wilwoods are 1900, Stoptech slotted are 2250. Will see track (not drag strip) use, but not a track car.

Do the Stop-Tech have dustboots? I know the Wilwoods don't.

What is the price of replacement discs on each of the 2?

I use 10 hours of track time as a rule of thumb for a set of rotors with agressive pads.

I like the Wilwoods myself but I would disassemble them for cleaning probably 2 times a year.

Does Wilwood offer a street setup? I was under the impression that they only had the kits used for strip use and do not hold up to the task of multiple stops in stop and go traffic, they are great for a few stops a day at the end of the 1/4 mile but not safe for street use. Correct me if I am wrong as I am looking to upgrade brakes as well.

I would lean toward the wilwood myself if I was making that choice. But you also may want to consider SSBC (stainless steel brakes).I have their front complete kit and it is VERY nice!..Plus, it is considerably less thank both!..just a thought
