I have an auto, and my mods are in my sig. and i was wanting some new rims and wheels soon. I wanted 295's in the back and 255's up front. To be specific...295/35/18, and 255/40/18. Would this slow me down? Would i feel it majorly? thankyou!

wider tires shouldnt really slow ya down, its just a bit more unsprung weight. Taller tires tend to slow ya down since it reduces your overall gear ratio.

Yea its OK. I worry about curbing the rims with the fronts. Need some tire meat out there to hit first.

They won't slow you down, but the amount of understeer while turning will increase...this is an issue that is noticed when running wider tires on the rear
