Well, I've got a Pypes OR-H in my basement. Darn thing was just too obnoxious w/ the Pypes MM system. The Pypes mufflers are a straight through, not sure what your Mac's are.

Sorry man. I'm actually planning on putting it back on w/ my stock Muffs in the Spring. The sound is about the same, but it seems to had a few H.P.'s over my current setup.

I ran an offroad pipes and it was too noisy and messy! Highflow cats made a huge difference for me!

I ran an offroad H on my '06 and am currently running one on my '03 Mach 1. The 06 was a Pypes brand and the 03 is Mac.

Currently running OBX LT's with their O/R H & resonators, stock over-axle pipes & FRPP GTA mufflers.
I have vids on youtube with same user name.
Vid when I had a custom dyno tune done @ Brenspeed;

Personally, I don't think there is any performance difference between brands of O/R H-pipes. They're pretty simple tubes. I think you would get the same results if you even went to a muffler shop and had them weld in straight pipes in place of your cats.

I ran a pypes o/r H for a couple years prior to installing my longtubes. I ran it with MAC's for the first year. Sounded very badass. but, Very loud and droned badly. When my daughter was born I put the stockers on with the o/r h pipe and it tamed it down some. Still sounded great. Little bit quieter with no drone but still had a nice tone. I have a few old, poor quality vids of the o/r h and MACS from back in the day on my streetfire account.

I am running a custom made H-pipe with Coffins and it is loader than hell. But i am planning on running full borla sometime next year, from their XR-1 LTs and their catback stingers but i might have my muffler shop cut up my current H to fit the LTs or try and find a catted H that will fit.

I've had a ton of setups... Pypes O/R H, O/R Prochamber, paired with just about every muffler you can think of. I'm currently running the stock H pipe, but I gutted the cats, with straight pipes. Its loud, but the hollowed cat chambers seem to mellow it out a lot. I love it

Another one for Pypes O/R-H and stock mufflers. As it was too loud with the Flowmasters attached.
I missed the 4" tips so I had some Magnaflow 4" tips welded on.
