ok first things first....do not listen to Whipple about the auto...the first thing the tech at Whipple told me was that the GT's automatic can ONLY handle a MAX of 400HP after that they say it will break down so they told me to only get the NON-IC kit and not run more than 8psi and i know that is all BS

I know, I've talked to their tech guy twice and he told me the same thing. He even went on to say that if I was buying direct from them, they would NOT sell me an IC kit.

I bought the 6PSI kit Polished...I am soo excited to get it in the car. I did talk to them about getting the HO kit but they said I would need to get a custom tune because I have an auto. I think 6PSI will be perfect for a street car that I will pretty much never see track time. I do want to try the auto tune from ford cause they have spent so much time on it and I dont feel 100 percent confident in my curent tuner. So as soon as I get it installed Im going to put it on the dyno to get some numbers HP numbers and AF and then decide if I need to get a custom tune.

Phord,

Did you already get the kit, or is it just on order. When you say you talked to them, do you mean Whipple or the place you bought it from. Sorry bout the questions, I've just been waiting to get one of these for a while now and I'm starved for additional info on this. Thanks man!
