Well after two weeks and no email or response for an update of my 93 race tune with the delete plates.I'm looking at another option,I know Doug is in high demand.If I don't hear from him in a few I will go with my other option and give you guys the skinny after the install of the plates and tune.

 

strange i was all ready to buy one sent shop an email no replie oh Ill do with out

 

The last time I got in touch with him, he told me he was really backed up with emails and was doing his best to catch up ever since he got back from his California trip. He always comes through so I would just sit tight and be patient. His tunes are well worth it...

welcome rick and I hear Doug is one of the best around with tunes, I would wait for the quality, I wouldn't trust your stag in the hands of someone you don't know has credentials, and I am sure alot of people here would even vouche for him

 

I saw on the site he was in So Cal for awhile. He's back now.

 

There's no denying Doug is the best tuner i've personally dealt with, and the demand is always high on him... give him a chance to catch up with the backlog of emails or call him..

actually whenever i had a problem reaching him by email, a call almost always went through

 

+1 he has answered everytime I have called him

 

I had to make a change to my order, called him, got voicemail, and got a call back within 15 minutes.

 

just wait, give a call if you must, but he'll get back to you

 

Yes, he's awesome to deal with, and your wait will be well worth it. You thought you had a mustang, wait till his tunes in it, then you'll know for sure you really do have a mustang, LOL.

I'm truly sorry for the delays, I'm working hard to answering every email and trying to get back with everyone. It takes time to build new tunes as well so when I go down and just get a email request for three new tunes it takes a while to build the new tunes and send them out.

I promise you will get a responce from me, just please give me a little time. You can call and if I dont answer please leave a message.

Doug is the man........Answered my questions and I hope my race tune with the delete plate is as great as his regular 93 race tune.

 

Doug some guys do not have a clue how many messages and phone calls you get in a day. Actually I do not see how you have any time to accomplish any work.
