I believe you can only order them from PI. I might be wrong about that though. They make them custom for you, at least they did mine.

 

dynojoe has the multi disk for 899. Not much price variation from what I've seen.

 

thanks Sook, the last PI convertor I bought from Tom at Speed Inc. I was looking at the Fuddling Racing , but I know what I am getting with a multi-disc PI unit..

I have heard good things about Fuddle converters too. My friend with a 2000 camaro (heavily modded N/A) blew my doors off after putting one in.

But from word of mouth, PI and Yank are tops.

 

I have the Fuddle Racing converter, and am extremely pleased with the results. Dropped my sixty foot times from an average of 2.10 to 1.85 (a full .25 second improvement). Plus, 4th/5th gear lock up preserves fuel economy just like the factory converter.

And, the price was right. $560 is Fuddle's highest priced converter for the 5R55S transmission.
