When lowering your car?

When lowering your car?
Let's say you lower your car.. do you require a Adjustable panhard bar? to recenter.. or is that only required for other modifications?
I'm looking at getting D-specs and Steeda Sport springs as well as LCA's w/ Relocation brackets.
is there anything else that should be done at the same time?

Depends how much of a drop you are giving it. Usually if you are only dropping it 1 inch or less you don't need a bunch of other stuff. If you drop more than 1 inch then you'll need some lower control arm relocation brackets, a adjustable panhard bar, and a bumpsteer kit and or balljoint kit for the front end. Well those parts aren't "necessary" persay but they will realign the suspension geometry back to where it should be. If you're wondering about needing a panhard bar, after you drop it look at the gap between your rear wheel well and the wheels on both sides. If the gap is bigger on one side you could use a panhard bar to even it out.
Personally I would throw an adjustable panhard bar in there and a adjustable upper third link.

If those springs give you 1" drop or more than the relocation brackets will get the suspension geometry back in line.. LCA's are always a good idea, mostly help against wheel hop/traction issues.
Like some on here are saying it isn't a given necessity so it wouldn't hurt to wait until after and check before getting a panhard bar.

I have the Eibach pro springs, I didn't do anything else and it's been fine for almost a year now with the factory wheels. Just Friday I put new wheels and tires on and it was immediately evident that the rear end was not centered so I ordered an adjustable panhard. I never would have known if it weren't for the new wheels.

I installed a adjustale panhard bar , but I also put on a complete suspention kit when I lowerd the car . Just lowering it makes a ton of differance , but when you stiffen it up oh man stand on it and have fun .

Just an excellent writeup! I do have a question though.... While all of these things are making sense, in the real world (at least mine), I would love to be able to do things in stages, both from a financial and time standpoint. Everything seems to work together, are they all necessary at the same time? Or better yet, would I approach things differently if I where to say, add an adjustable panhard bar and upper link first?
Thanks again for taking the time to write this up!
