Is there any way to get a 345 tire on the rear with a 18" Rim?

I'm thinking you'd need at least an 11in. wide rim back there for that. I don't know of any off the top of my head, without getting them widened.

I have a friend that put 345 on a 13 inch wide wheel, they were some massive meats, He also had to minitub the rear. wheels this wide are custom made (ccw, trueforged, iforged, hre, or widened mass produced wheels.0

Yeah, 345's would be quite an investment. On a 10in. rim, I think the widest recommended is 295-ish...
