What did you set your Idle speed to?

I turned mine down to 750, was at 850 when I got my tune from Brenspeed.

Whats everyones take on idle speed for manual tranny.

I dropped mine to as low as it would go. Sounds nice at a stop.

I think mine is at 740 from Bamachips. I'm going to bump it up a bit

i think mine is around 750, it it should be a stock tune as i didn't change anything,, it was 1k i think but after the dealer changed my throttle body ive notice it idles at 750,,, mine is an auto is that good?? or bad i have no clue

Same here: my Brenspeed93tune idle was too high and my Bamatune was idling too low. Set idle to 800. 800 is nice, not too high not too low, just right.

I had mine at 850 but I think I'll lower it in a bit.

I tried to change mine with my Xcal1 but when I rewrite the tunes to the programmer the engine light comes on and the engine runs rough. What's up with that?

I put my idle down to 750. I threw a rich bank 1 code in about 10 miles of driving. I put it back up to 800.

with no change to engine internals, is there any reason to move the idle around (other than for the sound you want). Thats odd that tunes from two different shops choose idles on opposite ends of the spectrum?
