I didn't get any response from my other thread, probably being that im new AND this topic is covered a million times, but i'll leave it simple...

I want a loud, deep, attention-grabbing, neighbor-waking, head-turning exhaust set-up, and I don't really have a limit on how much to spend on it. Axle-back, cat-back, no cats, headers, X pipe, H pipe, ANYTHING works for me! What is out there, what do you guys run, how do you like it, and do you have any video clips?

Pleaaaase leave some feedback guys, I know its a topic that I can do a search on and find stuff about (flame suit is on ) but help a brother out !

I've got bassani off-road x-pipe and magnaflow axle-back, and my neighbors certainly hear me in the mornings. It's loud enough to scare women and children.

An o/r pipe is gonna be loud, no matter what mufflers you have (even stock).

Bassani all the way is what you want. get the xpipe with competition catalytic converters/off road pipes, and axle backs. If you dont need catalytic converters you can substitute the off road pipes that come with the cats and xpipe. The sound is amazing. All the way racing, thats all I can say is that it is awesomely loud, and the real mustang sound.

well, I love the SLP loudmouths.... BUT, if I could go with a FULL system, I think I would go with JBA long tubes, an off road H, and either the MAC axle back or the JBAs. Personally I would go SLPs with a prochamber, but that would be insanely loud.

Borla setup will have your neighbours calling the cops, especially if you do the full system

I believe there is a great thread around here with sound clips for most of the companies out there.

Is there actually going to be any sound difference in buying an "offroad" pipe made by a different company, than say, cutting out your cats alone? Rather, between all the companies making "offroad H-pipes" whats the difference amongst them? And simply removing the cats and repiping it?

Ummm you save lots of money. Sometimes taking it to a shop and having them remove the cats and replace with a straight pipe cost's more than just buying a bolt on. I'm going the cheaper route and just punching out my stock cats.
