Must be more to it than shown, wonder what goes in place of the battery?

"NOTE: Aftercooled applications require battery relocation"

 

I don't know for sure but it most likely wont require one on the '05 as the battery is against the firewall. All of the superchargers, even centrifugal, that I have seen pics of have the factory battery in the factory location.

Interesting location for the aftercooler, I didnt realize there was that much room between the bolock and the core support.

 

On previous vortech mustang applications, there was a water tank that replaced the battery.

 

I'm gettin ready to order one. Just verifying the price.
