just wanted to give a public shout out to james @ sct and especially justin @ vmp. i had an issue with my x2 and justin @ vmp went far above and beyond what i would have considered satisfactory customer service. for that i just wanted to say thanks and for what its worth ya got a loyal customer.

I also got my SCT tuner from them and Fog Lamps as well. I was very hesitant and had a ton of questions before I bought ... Justin was always quick to reply to my many e-mails. One final phone call (actually talked to his brother then), and I was convinced. Could not be happier with the products and quick delivery.

 

he's been very cool. he even got me upgraded from an x1 to an x2 when they first came out.
