If your car is 90% drag 10% street go with the spherical
If your car is 90% street or even 30% street go with the poly bushings.

The spherical will transmit a bunch of NHV making it an unpleasant ride.

My car is driven mostly on the street, very little if any time will be spent at the track. Who knows? I may get the drag racing bug at some point, but for right now, mainly street driving.

Keep in mind that in the *upper* control arm, going to a poly bushing can negatively impact your rear suspension articulation. That upper link is the pivot point for your rear axle. Stiffen it up and your rear axle starts to lose the ability to articulate. Not a good thing if you value handling.

Our rear suspension has a tough enough time coping with road chatter in stock form. If I swap out the UCA, it will be either with a spherical bearing, or something along the lines of the Metco design (rotation built in).

The articulation required is in the area of 7 degrees which is minimal. My car is setup with the Steeda Poly upper and lowers and there are no problems with handling at all.
