Underdrive Pully

As far as I understand it, the pulleys provide less wasteful operation of all the belt driven engine components, thus giving you more "go" power. You'd have to get in the engine bay and remove the serpentine belt and the old pulleys, then reinstall the new pulleys and the belt. Some people supposedly get +10RWP from 'em. This explanation sucks, I know, but I'm sure someone will jump on here and give you a better one.

Well I don't have a technical explanation but I had one on my 98 hyundai Tiburon and it made the car feel quicker. It's like it almost feels lighter. I'm considering getting one for my Stang as well. I would go with Steeda....off of AM--"Steeda has an Innovative Design. Unlike any other underdrive pulley, Steeda used their unique partnership with Ford to create an innovative design that provides proper torsional vibration dampening characteristics for your 4.6L engine. And unlike other manufacturers that use a less expensive "piggyback" design, Steeda's one piece pulley is designed for maximum efficiency, durability, and power."
And the price is right. With the proper tools and Taco Bill's write up I think anyone can do it. http://www.americanmuscle.com/stunpusy2gt.html

Right now for the old two valves you can get a set of cams for 300 bucks I believe.
Modmax.com is my new favorite mustang parts site thanks to glenn.
My next favorite mod is the Sct tuner. Easy to do and great improvement. I picked a tuner up at a pawn shop for 120 bucks

So I'm not interested in pulleys - though many say they can't tell a difference in the fan & lights, etc.

I was looking at these... http://www.americanmuscle.com/pypes-...-or-xpipe.html
Can I just bolt this on and drive or will I need other parts or the tuner?
