Quick question....If I unbolt the stock mufflers will the bend over the axle drop and hit the axle? I would like to unbolt the stock mufflers and hear what it sounds like. It's nice out and have a bum ankle, so I am looking for something to do.

LOL I just took mine off and that is the first thing I thought - "it sounds like a van with a rusty muffler" I just wanted to get an idea of how loud SLP loudmouths might be.

Well, it was fun to ring it out without the mufflers on, but I ended up putting them back on while I wait for the SLP to arrive...
Even if it was a total waste of time, It was only a waste of about 45 minutes of my time
