Will this gain HP at the rear by takeing the trap out and installing this Turbonator thing. Check it out at turbonator.com It claims to gain HP and raise MPG

This thing is sold at my work and none have been purchased since I've been working there. I always thought this thing was a joke and I was proved correct.
