I put a Brenspeed tune in my car (2006 GT 5-speed) and now it has a hiccup at 2500 RPM. It feels like you gave the throttle an abrupt stab when the engine gets to that RPM. It's a sudden increase in power, not smooth at all. Has anyone else experienced this?

 

Your best bet is to contact Brenspeed directly about their tune. Sometimes little things happen and from what i've read thus far on the forums, all the vendors are quick to fix the issue. I suggest you call tomorrow or Wednesday as Christmas approaches and it would suck to be on a glitchy tune until the new year.

I just loaded a Brenspeed tune in my 06 last week with no problems at all. As has been mentioned thousands of times, throttle response is dramatically improved, and the head snaps back when you stomp on it. What types of mods, if any, do you have?

 

Contact Brenspeed. They should be able to e-mail you a new tune and correct your problem.

 

Nothing more for me to add...the 3 above me have given you the best advise possible. I know the guys at Brenspeed well. They will take care of your issue. Just give them the opportunity.
