What is the best kind of transmission fluid for the 2005 and how much does it take?

Have "fun" checking it too! The automatic is a sealed trans. There's no dipstick. It's a product of France.

But seriously. Is it possible for the transmission fluid to cut down on gear whine? When my car is cold, the tranny is actually pretty quiet, but once it warms up, I get a fairly loud whine in 5th between 50-60 mph. I was wondering if I could try a different tranny fluid to cut down on this whining noise?
