Traction loss over bumps
I started to notice that my 07 GT will lose traction when under heavy throttle when going over bumps on dry pavement, say a large section of buckled asphalt on an acceleration ramp for the freeway. I couldn't really hear or feel this prior to the exhaust mods, but now it is very noticeable as I will hear the engine sound kind of cut out as I lose traction. I have Steeda rear control arms (lower) that have greatly mitigated axle hop on wet surfaces to the point it is manageable along with HD Bilstein shocks.
Is there anything else I should do? Is this normal/acceptable?

Watts link, Why? That's just silly.
Tires and stiffer springs will help quite a bit. Replace factory rubber bushings with stiffer poly ones. And turn off the **** traction control!!! Use your right foot to control traction.

Tires will help, when the tires aren't even contacting ground? OK...

Reading comprehension is key. Tires and springs with his Bilsteins will help keep the tires on the ground while going over bumps. if the tires are off the ground a Watts link is not going to help any either. Again, Why do you think a Watts link is going to help with traction over bumps? I think Watts links are awesome but it is not going to help in this situation. Corner carving and keeping the car square over the axle while the suspension articulates is not the issue here. Tires and springs along with losing some of the slop associated with the OEM suspension bushings will work wonders and help with the tire coming off the ground over bumps.
