TPS part number?

After doing a search, I came up with a few different part numbers for a Throttle Position Sensor for an '05 GT.
Some of the results are:
3L5Z-9B989-AA, 6L2E-9E928-AA, Motorcraft DY1116, 6L2Z- 9B989-A, and Motorcraft DY1049.

I have been told that there is an "old one" that is round, and was prone to fail/send bad signals which puts the car into safe mode, causes the car to stumble on accel, pops throttle position codes, and check engine lights, which is what my car does at times and has the round one.

I've heard the new one is more square shaped, and fixes these issues. But I just want to make sure I get the right part number for ordering.

Thanks!
