Torque Specs

Anyone know where I can find torque specs for BMR and Eibach suspension parts? I can't find my original paperwork.

I getting some clunking noises while backing out of the driveway and over certain bumps in the road. Got a feeling that the Michigan roads are taking its toll on the suspension.

I have the following:

BMR Lower Control Arms
BMR Adj Panhard bar
BMR Panhard bar brace
BMR Lower control arm relocation brackets
BMR Strut tower brace

Eibach Front and Rear sway bars.

Did you replace the stock suspension bolts yet? They are one time use torque to yield bolts and are suppose to be replaced when removed.

Here is a link with the specs try that first and see what happens.

I'm pretty sure that I used the new bolts that came with all of the new parts. Thanks for the info.

Most of those parts you mentioned Do NOT come with all the bolts, they make you use some of the stock bolts and if that is the case you should buy new ones from Ford.

Either way, follow the Ford torque spec's ... unless BMR is calling for more for their special bolts.
