Throttle Lag returning?

I got this throttle lag on my 05 GT automatic.
I hate it.
I even have a JLT CAI SCT tune.
When you need the acceleration the most, the computer takes a nap for a second or two - i.e., passing situations.
I know what you mean. You floor the pedal, nothing for two seconds, and then it takes off. It's most annoying.
May be we're taking about different things but it basically boils down to acceleration lag.

My 05 GT 5M never had the problem, a 2 second delay?. I'm running a predator 87 oct tune and the throttle responce never changed. Must be something wrong with the computer itself. That wouldn't surprise me with all the other crap going wrong with these 05's.

Welp, I brought my Predator with me to work today and at the end of the day I re-programmed my car with the 93 octane DTP tune and the throttle lag is gone once again. I guess only time will tell if it will stay gone or not.

Please post if it does revert back to the stock program again. The day that the auto makers create the self learning ECU will be a sad day for performance enthusiasts. I doubt that's the case here.
On the other hand, I wonder if I can program my car to pass by all the Dunkin Dougnuts and fast food resteraunts???

I reflashed my car yesterday, and didn't notice a change. However, looking at the settings in the Predator, you'll notice that there are parameters for 2K-4K RPM, and 4k-7K RPM and nothing below that. Maybe that's why the throttle feels sluggish below 2K RPM, but really snaps to life above 2K. If that's the case, I can live with it until Diablosport figures out how to calibrate the settings from idle to 2K. Does that make sense?
