Are these LCA's any good?

Like title says...

UPR's all new Pro Series Chrome Moly Double Adjustable Lower Control Arms for your 2005 Mustang. These double adjustable arms feature chrome moly tubing, dual hyme joints and aluminum bushings for maximum adjustability, durability as well as a light weight product.

Anyone ever used UPR suspension products? Wil these hold up or are they not worth it?

Thanks

I don't think I'd call them "bling". With double spherical rods ends they look more like a race version that a street version to me. They will be really noisy, but work nice on the track. I have the BMR's with the single rod end, and they are noisy enough for me on the street. Doubles would be overkill.

I have around 800 1/4 mile runs on mine with probably 150 of them in the 480 - 490 rwhp range and I don't feel the need for spherical rod ends. At the most go the combo route like Don has gone.

Haven't ordered anything yet. Still doing my due diligence on products. Don't want to throw money out the window & buy inferior parts that will end up costing me more later. Plus I haven't lowered it yet.

If they are anything like the UPR stuff for the Foxes, I think you'll have good luck!

Warning... the rod ends are noisy. If you (or anyone else) gets annoyed by rattles, squeaks and clunks in your car, do NOT get spherical rods ends. They don't bother me (cuz they hook well at the track), but they are noisy on less-than-perfect roads.

It's "quiet" on the street with the Magnaflows.

But, it's just plain sick with the cutouts open!!

I was thinking of going with something like this don. I want to be able to adjust the rear for pinion angle.

The UCA is for adjusting the pinion angle... right? The adjustable LCAs will help center the rear tracking (i.e, if the cars pulls left or right on a hard launch, you can adjust it back to square.).

And CHE makes some good stuff, too. But be ready for noise if you get those.

I was told that it can be adjusted with either upper or lower, that the lower was easier to get to, to adjust. I was debating not even to get uppers....

I suppose you could alter the angle with LCAs... but I'm not sure how much range you have to work with. Most people who have done it use the UCA. Hell, I've never even checked my pinion angle... much less adjusted it. haha
