Street price for the tc is 600, I've seen it as low as 500. Considering the labor involved with the swap does that seem like a good price for the tc and the install?

I was thinking of getting the new driveshaft at the same time since they'll have it off anyway.

My impression of a Torque converter install is that it's about the same as installing a clutch. Your basic run of the mill clutch install is 250-300 in labor.

I paid $501 delivered from Summit put it in myself. $400 sounds fair for labor to drop the trans.
