I just got my tunable induction cai and xcal installed yesterday. I flashed the car with the 87 tune to start with because I had a full tank of 87. Once that runs out I'm going with the 93 tune. Will I have to flash the car back to the stock program and then program to 93 or can I just go from the 87 tune to the 93 without changing back to stock first.

I don't have a tuner yet, but I'm pretty sure you have to flash it back to stock and then load the other tune

Ditto... I re-flashed tunes a couple times a week (street vs strip).

I have a diablo predator and you don't have to go back to the factory tune between tunes.

The only time you need to restore the factory tune is if you want to use the tuner on a different car.

just go to the new tune, I was cautioned to run my tank almost empty with the 87 in it, fill up with the new octane, run it till 1/2 to 1/4, refill with the new octane ....Then load the new tune.
