If they made such a thing I think it would be a monster! OHC engines have a lot less internal friction that push rod engines and given the same displacement make more power.
I guess we can dream of such things with with tightening CAFE regulations we won't be seeing too many engines getting bigger.

you might also want to check my earlier post it's #32.
Maybe we could still get some more displacement using newer technology like VCT,DOD,and DI, better gearing would help and also better packaging with lighter materials will give us better gas mileage without having to sacrifice power.

I saw you post, but not mention of a 7.0L 4v modular V8... Ford has a 6.2L modular motor, but 7.0 would put us in the 427-429 cu in area... you know... to satisify those who want to build their 427s, 428 CJs, or 429 boss's
