Suspension questions
i'd like to drop my car to improve the handling and get rid of the rake. on my '06 i had an eibach kit which i personally thought was a little low as i would bottom out from time to time. to make things more complicated, i just started a new job and the parking lot (we only have one) has a pretty severe angle to get in and out. so i don't want to create a situation where i'm scraping the car (front end) twice a day to get in and out. these are the questions i have-
1. who has the smallest drop?
2. any recommendations if i just want to drop the rear end to remove the rake?
3. does anyone just sell the rear springs?
4. how much of a difference would just upgrading the sway bars make in handling?
thanks for your opinions.

Roush rear springs drop the car to level. This however now creates a 'sway' difference between the front and back. I am hoping to get new struts and shocks to solve this problem. If it doesn't then I will install the Roush front springs as well and just deal with the slightly lower front end.

Ultralites, almost gets rid of the rake completely, lowers it mildly enough to keep the stock struts/shocks and panhard bar, rides just as nice but handles much better. aka-the perfect spring for s197 mustangs.

1. who has the smallest drop? Ground Control Suspension Systems. Infinitely adjustable right height
2. any recommendations if i just want to drop the rear end to remove the rake? Not really w/o affecting the balance of the car.
3. does anyone just sell the rear springs? Yes, but see 2. above
4. how much of a difference would just upgrading the sway bars make in handling? Getting a front and rear sway bar (matched) kit is a good choice if even leaving the car at stock ride height. It will reduce body roll.
thanks for your opinions.

Same problem as my response to 2. above points out. It increases rear wheel rate (but not enough to compensate for the loss of bump travel) and therefore balance. It does give you the look if that is all you are after, just not the best technical solution.
