Ok Guys Bad News.IT IS NOT BOLT IN.DIFERANT PLUG.OLD HAS A FOUR WIRE AND NEW HAS A SIX.
The 05 Mustang Gt Is A 4 Wire Plug And The New Gt 500 Is A 6 Wire Plug In The Revers Direction.anyone Know What To Do Here?

05/26/07 Warning We have Found the Pump to a Different Style Wiring Plug. It is being Investigated and may Only Require Minor Mods to Remedy.It Uses a SubHarness which may be the Fix. I apologize for any Inconvienence. Those who have ordered Pumps From me May Refuse them when Delivered by UPS or Return Them at a Later Date.

I'm sure we can make a harness or else someone can build a harness to sell. The major concern is that the pump may draw too much voltage and cause the FPDM to overheat. On the flip side, there have been quite a few who have installed the GT pump as a second pump and it seems to work fine. I do recommend upgrading the power wire from the tank to the FPDM.
