Strut tower brace over Kenne Bell?
Strut tower brace over Kenne Bell?
Does anyone have a strut tower brace that fits over the Kenne Bell? I think the big problem is the intake gets in the way. The Agent 47 one looks like it might fit, since the highest part starts farther out to the side, but not sure.

Strut Tower Brace & Kenne Bell
I have this setup...
This is a modified Steeda brace it cleared the blower but it touched the CAI on the left. Solution JDM lowering engine mounts!

That engine bay looks great! Looks like the MSD cops, they look great with the red trim. How do they work, any spark blow out? And is that a custom made Optima plate on top? I just got an Optima yellow top yesterday, and I swear it has helped the spark blow out, though I've only had it for one day and maybe it's just a flook.
And a quesiton on the lowering mounts: How hard are they to install? What tools do you need? Any difference in NVH? Or any other effects/changes to be made?
Your enging looks awesome, thanks for the input!

Wieland Custom Machine
The MSD coils work flawlesly as far as performance gain not sure as far a the "Butt O Meter" can measure. There was an article in 5.0 Mustange last year that pushed me over the edge that showed a relevent performance gain. I had my engine lower mounts done by GTR in Ranch Cucamunga. I could of done the mounts in retrospec it's not that difficult especially on a stick. With the right tools, stands and a Hy- jack or 2 and one other person to assit I think you can get it done in about 2.5 - 3 hrs. I like the feel when you start the car and through acceleration very strong and positive. Vibration minimal and you get use to it in one day.
Check out TacoBills installation
