strut tower brace
A bit pricey but it looks great, saw it this past weekend on a Vista Blue Roush and it fit over the charger. The billet really pops. I would be sold on the bar was chrome.

Hey I got one of those A-arm braces from a guy that didn't want it. Do you notice a difference with it? I wanted more info before I put it on. I have not heard much from anyone having one.

i called shelby...terrible customer sales service. put me on hold forever. i had to call like 3 times!
they said this wont be availabe for at least 2 to 3 months. i can't wait that long
Maybe you guys that say they do nothing for seat of the pants feel or performance drive slower and on better roads because me and a bunch of other folks in this forum, and that I know outside of this forum, swear we felt a difference in the way our S197's handled some rougher patches of road, train tracks or drive-way entrances after installing these parts. And we are not just saying that to try to justify the $ outlay for said parts.
I have the Strange brushed aluminum bar and I noticed a difference how my car felt entering and exiting my driveway immediatly after installing it. I later added the Steeda G-Track bar (ties together the lower A-Arms) and noticed still another improvement in handling.
Sure, the S-197 subframe and chassis is a lot stiffer than previous years and the difference in handling by adding such bars might not be AS NOTICABLE but they still make a difference.
Can anyone who does not have either bar tell me if the front wheels come off the ground when jacking the car from the rear scissor-jack location? With both bars on my car, the same side front wheel starts coming off the ground when I have the rear wheel off the ground by about 2 or 3 inches using the rear jacking location (for the scissor jack).

small price to pay for extra chassis rigidity...
agent 47 strut brace
hello all,
i opted for the Agent47 strut brace.
after carefully examing the design and talking to Corey there, it looks like this one should provide very good chassis reinforcement.
I like how it bolts onto all 4 bolts and it looks really good.
i might have bought the Shelby billet one but its not going to be available for 2 to 3 months which is a shame....
