How much did the shorties change the exhaust sound. Is is any different, better or worse?

Brian, no real change in exhaust note! If any a little quieter! The real change I've noticed is in acceleration. From about 1800 to 4500 RPM! there is noticeably smoother acceleration, HP and torque gains
