Those things could be manufactuered for about 2 cents, maybe a few more pennies to cover R&D, do you really think if you could get more power and better fuel economy with a cheap piece of bent tin, there would be a single auto maker not putting them into their cars.

On the other hand, a friend of mine who used to work for an auto accessories web site snagged one when they went bankrupt, he claims he feels a differance.

I wouldn't buy one though.
