Not a problem! I've been following the JLT saga since the beginning, as well. I went from a definite buyer, to a maybe, to a definitely not, back to a maybe, then to a definite buyer again.
Can't argue with the gains per buck. That and I just don't like the idea of a big aluminum inlet. Yes, it looks good and functions well, but it bugs me.
The K&N and Ford Racing plastic inlets are a very nice design, but they come with a much smaller air filter and what appears to be smaller diameter tubing. Their reduced flow compared to others was confirmed by a few reputable tuners--fine for stock, but will be limiting when I start upping the power (blower? headwork? etc...). The JLT won out and with it in hand, I'm very glad I went this route.
Car goes to the dealer Tuesday for some minor issues, then on goes the Jet TB spacer and the JLT intake!!!
