With the Roush supercharger, Roush takes over the warranty from Ford. If you keep the SC the way Roush delivered it, any problems are covered. Change anything and it becomes your supercharger and not Roush's. Any problems are on your dime, which is only right IMHO.
You're absolutely 100% correct about that and it's my fault for not mentioning it..and yes of course the dealership can and will more than likely refuse to service your car until the vehicle is returned to stock condition..So the bottom line is this ? use good common sense especially when it comes to superchargers as with most performance mods and don't expect the dealership to cover a warranty related issue if you pull in the door with a snaped piston rod or something while there's vortech blower sitting in you're engine bay in plain view...

To me it was. I wanted mine to say "Roush" on it rather than "Airaid". But if you don't like Jack Roush or don't care one way or the other then it wouldn't be worth it. Both are identical except for the name printed on it. If you shop around, I think the difference is about $15.
