You are looking at 1986-2004 mustang gt race mufflers. These do not fit 2005+ mustangs.

Yes I know but I was going to have them welded in before the over the axle pipe. I think they would sound better than the pypes ones. I wanted to know if anyone had ANY knowledge of them at all, not just on a 05+

They seem to be straight through mufflers like SLP Loudmouth's, so my thought is they would be very loud with some drone and trumpets.

First, the LM's are not mufflers, whilst these are, and I think the location change will help the drone/trumpets quiet down a bit.

If you do end up getting them, let us know how they sound .

exactly, I'm thinking this will do wonders for all the exhaust problems we're having. But I don't think anything above a 4in will fit in this location.

I'll def make some clips!

anybody have any suggestons to something that would be similiar to the FRPPs/Borlas just smaller? these FRPPs I have are 5" in diameter! I need something more along the lines of 4in or maybe even a 4 1/2 might fit. Thats why these came to mind.

The LM's are mufflers, they are just straight through without any chambers to control the sound. I did not notice that the SLP II Bullet Styles were not straight through,my bad.

The Loudmouths for 05+ stangs are not restricted at all. Its just a piece of piping and some nice tips. The Powerflows are mufflers but are a straight through design which is similar to what these bullits are. By the way I ordered these! so I let everyone know how they sound

Pypes is releasing a full mid muffler system in May. There's a couple of sound clips on the website here.

The SLP LM's are pretty cool sounding, but they are overpriced what they really are: bent straight pipes with tips. Several TMS members had the hangers crack off the tips at the weld points. You'll lose out on some dough shipping these back to the manufacturer, but at least there's a lifetime warranty.

IMHO the SLP LM's shouldn't cost $300-$400. I'd say $200-$250 tops makes it more reasonable.

Those sound pretty decent when revving the motor (almost like the Borla Stingers) but the "farts" during the shifts don't sound too appealing.
