Silly question... 07 GT Xcal2

Silly question, but I figured I should ask anyway:

I'm taking my car in tomorrow to a Ford dealer for an oil change + tire rotation (10k mile maintinence!). I have an 87 octane tune loaded on my 07 GT (auto trans), along with a CAI (Tunable Induction). What should I do?

1. Flash back to stock for the day, just in case dealer updates computer. Will this cause damage to my car since I have a CAI?

2. Stay tuned, tell dealer NOT to update computer since I'm tuned. Will they flip out on me?

Wish me luck at the track tonight... will be my first time. Its only 91 here!

I had the mods listed in my sig in and a 93 octane tune when I went in for state inspection and oil change. No one said a word to me about any of it, except to say how badass my car was.
