I saw this on another forum and thought I would share.
Step 1: go to http://www.bedlib.org/ebsco.html
Step 2: click on the ARRC logo near the top
Step 3: under "username" type user
under "password" type password
Step 4: scroll to the bottom, and press the AARC logo again
