SCT X Calibrator question?

I just got my MMR cold air induction and the SCT X Calibrator tonight and did the tune. It looked very straight forward although I was nervous that I would screw something up. I loaded the 87 octane custom tune and the lights never did what the directions say they should. I took it for a drive to go and get gas and the car defintely felt quicker although I haven't driven it all week. Has anyone else had the lights do different things other than what the directions say?

I have the sct xcal1 just like you make sure your flashing the custom tune and not the factory tune watch the lights closly also try not to blink bc they move fast...never had trouble with mine if you continue to have problems contact sct they are great guys helped me with my tunes
