VegasJay, if you get an appointment Saturday, let me know, I'd like to come up and watch, and check out your car. I need to schedule some dyno time for my car too, eventually, just to check my tune out.

I just got off the phone with Mike Jr. at Silverstate Motorsport's and I have an appointment at 8:30 am on Saturday morning...I guess I won't be partying all night on Friday... Dang! My gf decided that we're driving to Santa Barbara saturday morning! Guess I'll just have to meet up with you some other time to check it out.

I'll look for the results of your dyno time this weekend.

Is the impact gun really necessary? Can I just use a socket wrench? I got the gun, but probably not the correct impact socket size.

with a regular socket wrench, you need to lock the pulley in place somehow, very tough to do. With the impact wrench, it is easier to hold the pulley still, and easier to get the nut loose/tight depending on which you're doing.

VegasJay - keep the pics comin they help convince me that all the Saleen parts I have do in fact go together

Add me to the active Saleen install club. Going to start my install in about a week as I'm still waiting on a few missing parts from Saleen.

Clockworks, Vegas Jay - either of you get the dual guage pod? How hard is the install?

so close... I want to hear it run !
