Saleen Supercharger wiring

I have this with my kit but in my instructions i cant figure it out. Does anyone know exactly what this is, and what it all hooks up to and where it goes...

You must have an old kit ... that is the water pump delay ... newer kits don't use it.

The easiest would be order the 2009 harness from Saleen ... you could wire it yourself with a relay and just follow the 2009 install guide ...
