I'd definitely agree with this statement! I myself went Kenne Bell, but I've driven a JDM tuned Saleen S/C powerhouse! That's all I have to say about that!

Those guys have the best track record out of any S/C S197 period! Not one single windowed motor!

The best part is that once you get the blower package from them with all of their goodies, you can buy their shortblock, their heads, and have one of the baddest rides around!

The only problem with JDM... they are in New Jersey... an entire continent away from meeeee....

 

I'm in California and I wouldn't use anyone else for my Saleen stuff. Those guys have done more R&D with the Saleen than anyone. Plus their customer service can't be matched.

 

I live in Vegas and Jim has taken great care of me. With the Internet/e-mails etc. you don't need to worry about your location. There tuning is so good you tell them what you want, what you have and that's, that... I wouldn't go through a local shop if someone paid me.

 

So you guys did the install yourselves since JDM is on the East coast? Now i'm even more bummed that we didn't meet up while I was in Vegas Justin.

 

The install is not that hard. Half of the fun actually! Where in Nor Cal are you anyways?

Dooh...The only thing I have not done myself is the stripes & tuning. The Saleen install is not hard at all...The manual is one of the best I have ever seen. You can download the instructions for the Saleen right off JDM's website and prepare for the install...I will give out my number to anyone that may need help in a "pinch".

 

Justin by the way - I had your injector intsall instructions in an email I sent to Jim Jr?

He said if you write all your how-to-do's like that, they might have to hire you to write for them.

 

That's funny! Just think I was all hopped up on pain pills when I whipped that out.... (I had dental work done) lol... So did all go well? I bet she is running good now!
