I'm thinking maybe a belt sander on the pad might do the trick, but I've never actually done that and don't know what problems might result.

A thinner secondary washer should pushed out enough to get it centered. You going to have to try different thickness till you hit the jack pot, SS washer are pretty thin, Try Ace hardware store. Good luck.

Think there’s some confusion buddy. If I put a washer on between hub and caliper it makes it worse. The washer would have to go between the hub and disc. Sure that’s not correct tho

Have you gotten this figured out yet?

I'm pretty sure there is another thread on here where someone made it work, it might be linked earlier in this thread, or hopefully you can find it with some searches . . . be sure to either search from the top, or search inside the different sub-forums to find it.
(and I hope I am not thinking of a different Mustang forum)

Upgraded brakes?

I'm about to install a supercharger on my 09 mustang gt and will be running 18x9 in the front and 15x10 in the back so my question is what is the best/needed upgrade to the brakes that i need? I don't necessarily want the cheapest option just what I need to run that's safe for the car with the add hp coming. Ill be making roughly 550hp after the install compared to the 300hp now. Any suggestion helps or even tell me what you run with your turbo/supercharged mustang.

none -- stock brakes will stop it just fine; unless you are planning to take it on road track?

Well i don't plan on taking it to any track other than drag strip every now and then for some fun but mainly just highway pulls and what not.

then you don't really "need' upgraded brakes; but if you "want" upgraded brakes, here is an example of a kit that is fairly reasonable on cost; I have these on my car and they hold up pretty well to road track so they will be more than adequate for the street or strip:

Ford Performance Mustang Front Brake Kit - 4 Piston - 14" (05-14) M-2300-S (lmr.com)

I am not sure if your 18x9 wheels will clear these calipers; it depends on the design of the wheel -- if the spokes are way out at the edge, but probably will clear

on the rear there is not much you can do with the 15" wheels, but you really don't need to do anything in the rear; notice the kit above includes rear pads but no other changes in the rear

you can also piece this together from parts and maybe save some money
