Well, I just bought my an '06 GT and the dealer is installing the Roushcharger next week.
My questions are:

How important is it to install a boost gauge for the charger? I don't think it comes with one.

Is there anything special I should do to break everything in? The car only has 5 miles on it. I figure I probably shouldn't get on it for the first 500 miles or so (that's going to be tough). Are there any other things I should be aware of?

Lastly, How is the supercharger lubricated? I didn't see anything in the instructions about oil lines. Maybe it's not needed?? Obviously this is my first supercharger.

Thanks!

A boost gauge is nice but not needed, although they are helpful in diagnosing problems sometimes. The Roushcharger uses an Eaton M90 that has its own self-contained lubrication system. Don't forget to post pics of the installed kit! I'll be doing one this summer. Good choice for your first system, btw. Your lubing is self contained, no worries.

Yes, if possible, add a boost guage.

Personaly, Unless the guage can be retrofitted into the dash like the Shelb's will be, I don't want one. I want my car looking as stock as possible. A nice sleeper.

Thanks to all for the input. Yes, the dealer assures me he's going to fill with super. Can't wait to pick it up!

Ok I just picked up my car last night. The Roush charger is quieter than I expected but I haven't taken it over 4000 rpm yet. It's soooooooo hard not to put my foot it in to it but I only have 60 miles on the car and I want to break it in some.

A while ago someone here posted the instructions for the Roush. My dealer seems to have lost them and I wanted to keep them with my stock parts. If you read this can you repost them?? I sure would appreciate it.
