I put the rear springs in yesterday and it dropped the rear approximately 1 inch. It looks like the rear is still centered so I don't really need to install the BMR adj. panhard rod. Is there any benefit to installing it since I already have it? Here's a quick picture after the install and another one before for a comparison. The picture on the left is with the Roush springs. Ride is a little bumpier but not bad and I think it leveled the car out nicely.

I think it looks alot better with the new springs. I've been thinking about this for a while. Did you check your rearend before you started to see if it was straight? I've heard some have been off from the get go. If you've got the panhard bar might as well put it in and adjust it. Nice ride by the way!

Nice isnt it! The ride is not bad at all. Makes for less bounce on the hard shifts too, and transfering some weight to the rear wheels slightly faster.

I took measurements and the rear is 1/4 higher than the front now. Perfect imo. Rear wheel gap gone too!
You wont even notice the slightly bumpier ride after driving a few weeks.

Top picture is lowered in the rear with the roush springs

If you already have the adjustable bar I would install it and dial out that 1/4".

just curious if the stiffer rear springs messed with the balance of the car in the corners?

im in the process of installing the full frpp suspension kit so ill be useing matched spring rates front and rear.

my first thought always goes to cornering balance.
it is possible that you may have made the car loose in high speed corners.

i would suggest you find the cars limits in a controlled manner.
(a suprise spin could be a really bad thing)

I really havent noticed a difference other than if you hit a bump or crack in the road it will kick out the rear. but Ive noticed that from day one. I havent really pushed it that hard because my snow tires are on, but what I can tell it feels fine.

I cant wait to see it in spring when I put the 18's back on.

the basics really. CAI and tuner. Underdrive pulleys have been sitting at work for 2 weeks waiting for a slow day to install.

Yes, much longer on the fronts. You need to pull the struts out on the front to change the springs. And then you can guarantee needing some sort of alignment.
